Withdrawal notice

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Good Morning Universe B.V., Molenmakershoek 64 Unit 5, 7328 JK Apeldoorn, Netherlands, telephone: +31 (20) 532-1585, email: info@goodmorninguniverse.nl) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://goodmorninguniverse.eu/pages/vertrag-widerrufen. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us (Good Morning Universe B.V., Molenmakershoek 64-B, 7328 JK Apeldoorn, Netherlands), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Note (not part of the notice): on request we send you a prepaid return label; we deduct €5 from your refund for it. You can also send the goods back yourself at your own cost.

Our 30-day return and exchange service

This service is in addition to your legal right of withdrawal above and does not limit it.

Good Morning Universe is proud in making products from the highest quality materials with attention to detail. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns & exchanges on eligible merchandise, within 30 days of receipt. PLEASE LET US KNOW BY EMAIL BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR RETURN, so we can process it quickly.

Conditions
For our 30-day return and exchange service, please note:

We will gladly accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of receipt.
Please return merchandise unworn, with tags intact and in its original packaging.
If you return a whole order, please include all items, including promotional items.
Our free exchange can be used once per item.

If items come back damaged, worn or altered beyond what is needed to try them on, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

How can I exchange or return a product?

You can send us an email request at info@goodmorninguniverse.nl.

There are 2 ways to return a product:

1) Ship with a prepaid label - We supply you with a return label, upon request via email at info@goodmorninguniverse.nl.

Exchange
If you would like an exchange, please include a note specifying the size, color or style of your choice when exchanging. We offer a 1-time Free Exchange.

Store Credit
If you would like to return your order for store credit in our webstore, we offer a 1-time Free Exchange for Store Credit.

Refund
When you request a prepaid return label from Good Morning Universe, and request a refund, please note the following:

- If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard shipping charge you paid.

- A €5 return shipping charge for the provided prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund total.

2) Ship with any carrier - You supply your own return label and are responsible for the cost of shipping. You can ship your package to the address below with a carrier of your choice. Please include your RMA number, order number or original packing slip.

We recommend shipping your returned items with a tracking service, so you can show that you sent them.

When you ship an order back to us with your own postage, you will receive a full refund for the items being returned. If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard shipping charge you paid. We do not reimburse postage fees for returns.

Good Morning Universe will only accept returns and exchange requests for merchandise purchased from our website.

For international returns, duties, taxes, and tariff charges (if applicable) are nonrefundable.

Exchanges and refunds are processed within 2-5 business days of receiving the order.
